Meet the Head Of Compliance

Francisca Naa Adjeley Sackey is a seasoned pensions and compliance professional with over a decade of progressive experience in fund administration, accounting, and regulatory compliance. She began her career with Negotiated Benefits Trust Company Ltd (NBC Ghana Trust) in 2015 as a Retirement Fund Administrator, where she supported client enrolments, record-keeping, and benefit processing. Her diligence and analytical skills quickly positioned her for growth, and in 2016 she transitioned into the role of Fund Accountant, focusing on the reconciliation of accounts, and reporting to trustees and regulators.

Career Growth

By 2017, she was promoted to Senior Fund Accountant, a role in which she assisted in the preparation of management accounts, audited financial statements, and ensured accuracy in investment reporting. In 2020, she assumed her current role as Compliance Manager, where she has since been instrumental in aligning the organization’s operations with pension law, anti-money laundering regulations, risk management standards, and corporate governance practices.
